What are the delivery times? 
Please allow for up to 2 days to process your order and then 7-10 days to deliver it to you. 
Please note that due to the Covid-19, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Do you provide order tracking information?
Yes, we do. We guarantee delivery tracking on all your orders. Please wait 3 days before writing to us at contact@neoumi.co.uk, and then we will send you the tracking number.

 

Some items are missing in my order, what is going on? 
Our products can be shipped separately depending on your order. For instance, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries.

 

I still haven't received my order yet. What is happening ?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please send us an image of the damaged item,to contact@neoumi.co.uk and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
